Product Introduction
Blind Rivet, is a fastener used to join two pieces of material together when only one side of the material can be accessed. It consists of a smooth cylindrical shaft with a flared head at one end and a protruding mandrel or rod at the other end.
When installing the Blind Rivet, we need to insert it into a pre-drilled hole in the material to be joined, and then use a tool to pull on the mandrel, causing the shaft to expand and deform, creating a strong connection between the two materials. The mandrel is then broken off or otherwise removed, leaving the shaft in place.
It‘s commonly used in a variety of applications including the construction industry, furniture, aerospace, automotive and manufacturing.
