OC type drop forged turnbuckles are used where one end is often disassembled and the other is infrequently disassembled. The OO type of drop forged turnbuckles is used for occasions where disassembly is infrequent. Turnbuckles of the CC type are used in situations where disassembly is frequent.
Turnbuckles are made of Q235B, 45#, 40Cr and so on. Drop forged turnbuckles are mainly used to tension the steel wire rope and play a role in adjusting the tightness. US Style Turnbuckles include Galvanized UU Type Jaw and Jaw Turnbuckles HG228, Galvanized OU Type Jaw and Eye Turnbuckles HG227, Galvanized OC Type Hook and EYE Turnbuckles HG225, Galvanized OO Type Eye and Eye Turnbuckles HG226.
